On street parking is available, additionally there is a bus stop directly outside of the unit with a direct connection to the TRAX light rail. This is a Ground Level ( Basement) apartment, with another apartment located directly above it.
Good to know
Top to bottom remodel this past year. Two bedrooms - a King bed in room (1) and a Queen bed in room (2). There is an additional day bed in the living room that can be used for sleeping. Full bathroom, living room (with smart TV), kitchen with bar, washer/dryer, and high-speed internet.
Other Details to Note
The door has a smart lock. I will typically use the last 4 digits of the phone listed on the reservation as the door code. We love this space, and hope that our guests will too. We ask you to treat our space as your own by loving it and respecting it like we do. No group parties (no individuals allowed outside the guests staying in the unit). Additionally, please respect the neighbors by observing quiet hours from 10pm to 7am.

This apartment is located is near the University of Utah. It is situated in a historic neighborhood in Sugarhouse. 10 minutes (driving) to downtown Salt Lake. 20 minutes (driving) to many mountain destinations (Park City, Cottonwood Canyon, etc.). Additionally, the unit is conveniently located for easy access to the freeway. Plenty of great restaurants and grocery stores nearby as well.
Guest Access
The apartment has a private entrance and does not share any doors or spaces with any other units. The unit is accessed with a key-pad on the front door. Parking is only allowed on the street in front of the apartment, or around back on Westmoreland drive.
